Nice to Meet You!
At Mountain Rose Soap Company, our commitment is to provide you with beautiful handmade soaps that enhance your daily life through moisturizing skincare that truly nourishes. Each bar is handcrafted with high-quality oils that hydrate and protect your skin. We use only 100% pure essential oils and exotic clays from around the world to enrich the experience of cleansing and purifying—naturally.
Our recipes are simple and back-to-basics: no parabens, no phthalates, no synthetic fragrances—just pure, thoughtful ingredients. Even our eco friendly packaging is designed with intention, balancing gift-worthy beauty with a love for the environment.
As both a real estate agent and the founder of Mountain Rose Soap Company, I bring “The Art of Home” to life—where beauty, comfort, and belonging come together. Just as each bar of soap is crafted with care and intention, I approach real estate with the same artistry and attention to detail, creating personalized experiences that help my clients find not just a house, but a home that reflects who they are.

Meet Rose
Mountain Rose Soap Company was born out of both my love for the Colorado mountains and my namesake, Rose Knutson—my grandmother, a North Dakota homesteader from Norway who courageously pioneered the land. Rose was a true creative, with a deep passion for all things natural—something she passed down to me.
I first learned how to make soap in 2004 in Minnesota, though at the time it was just a hobby. Today, in Longmont, Colorado it has become a heartfelt craft. Every time I unmold or cut a new batch, my heart sings with joy. My hope is that you feel that same joy and connection to the earth as you enjoy my all-natural, cold-processed soap.
